The standard model we normally sell does not include a cap embroidery function (adding this feature costs an additional $150 USD per head).
Alternatively, you may order a custom "3-in-1" integrated machine (at an additional cost of $200 USD per head). This versatile unit supports three distinct functions — cap embroidery, garment embroidery, and flat embroidery — and allows you to switch between modes simply by detaching the corresponding components. For example, to use the flat embroidery function, you would remove the cap embroidery mechanism and the garment hoop assembly, then raise the platform into position. The same principle applies to the other functions, each of which can be operated independently. This machine is suitable for embroidering a wide range of items, including caps, garments, home textiles, mattress borders, and more.

The standard head distance for the EM122 model is 500 mm, with an embroidery area of X: 500 mm, Y: 400 mm. If a wider head distance or an expanded X-Y embroidery area is required, it will be necessary to opt for an industrial-grade embroidery machine, which offers flat embroidery functionality only.

The maximum embroidery speed is 1,000 RPM. During operation, the speed should be set to an appropriate level based on the specific embroidery effect desired.

Yes. Adding a gold-thread embroidery attachment is available at an additional cost. Adding a laser cutting module costs an additional $1,200 USD per head.

Embroidery density is configured during the pattern programming stage. You may choose a sparser or denser stitch count according to your desired result.

The machine has a built-in USB interface that supports USB flash drives. The supported pattern import formats are DSB and DST.
Prior to shipment, we can program and import all of the customer's desired patterns directly into the machine system.
If new patterns need to be imported after the machine has been received, there are two options:
Purchase pattern programming software and learn to program patterns independently.
Pay a fee to engage a professional pattern programmer.

The system can store up to 800 patterns.

The two heads cannot embroider different designs simultaneously; however, they can embroider the same design in different colors. If needed, one head can be switched off, allowing the machine to operate using a single head independently.

Yes. The pattern orientation — horizontal, vertical, or inverted — can be configured through the system screen prior to embroidery. Patterns can also be scaled up or down proportionally, and the on-screen pattern display is synchronized with the actual embroidery output.
